Individual Therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices to provide effective support for Adult individuals (18+) dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. I offer a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to healing, empowering individuals to seek the help they deserve.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A structured, goal-oriented therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve emotional well-being.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy: A brief, future-focused approach that emphasizes building on a person's strengths and resources to find practical solutions to current problems.

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI): A collaborative, person-centered counseling style that helps individuals resolve ambivalence and strengthen their motivation for change.

Supervision for Clinical Social Work Interns

In our supervision sessions, we’ll reflect on your cases, explore challenges, and build your confidence and clinical skills. My goal is to help you develop your voice as a social worker, navigate ethical situations with clarity, and feel grounded in your work with clients."

Virtual Psychotherapy

Virtual psychotherapy offers flexible, accessible, and effective mental health support from the comfort of your own space. It removes barriers like travel time and geographic limitations, making it easier to prioritize your well-being while receiving the same quality of care as in-person sessions.
