I specialize in working with high-functioning adults experiencing burnout, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are used to managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, and pushing through—until it becomes overwhelming.
My approach is structured, practical, and goal oriented. Virtual Psychotherapy
Virtual therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to receive consistent mental health support without the added stress of travel or scheduling barriers. Sessions are conducted in a private, secure setting, allowing you to engage in therapy from your own environment while maintaining the same level of quality, structure, and effectiveness as in-person care.

Supervision for Clinical Social Work Interns
As a Qualified Supervisor, I provide a structured and supportive environment for social work interns to develop clinical competence and professional confidence.
